If you have just bought an iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad, the first thing you have to realise is that you could become seriously addicted to iPad apps, seriously crazy ipadapp.org. It starts slowly and so innocently at first and you buy an app here or an app there.
Once you have tried the first few apps, whether for work or play, you suddenly realise how much fun they are and in fact how much they just can add to your life. In fact, you wonder, how on earth did you ever manage your life before apps were invented?
Then the trouble starts in earnest. You get hooked on the paid apps and the problem is that they are so easy to buy. A click here and a click there and the app is yours and downloaded – with the cost debited from your credit card.
You don't realise at first just how much you are spending on apps till you have got your credit card bill in and then it is too late. You suddenly realise that you don't even use half of the apps that you bought. They seemed cheap at the time but they all add up!
The thing is, apps can be great and very useful, they can enhance our life, but just don't get carried away with them.
